This e-mail automatically contains the name of the carrier as well as the tracking link for your parcel. Keep it safe so you can follow each stage of delivery!
If you don't have this link, you can contact us so we will send it back to you π
If you are absent when the carrier arrives, they will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox. You can then choose to :
- Reschedule your delivery
- Drop off your parcel at a pick-up point and collect it at your convenience
